Do you permit fear, stress and worry to dominant your thinking? Do you end up often interrogating your call to become a salesperson? Having self doubt or a scarcity of commitment is emotionally draining and erodes your efficacy. An actually committed person does not have the posh nor the time for the self-indulgence of negative thinking. No great feat has ever been accomplished without a plan and a commitment to see it thru. The Greek chiefs were master motivators and knew ways to instill commitment and prepare their squaddies for victory. For you see, when they landed on enemy shores, the Greek generals would give the order to "burn the boats. There's a large amount of power and knowledge in what the traditional Greeks accepted. Have you found yourself performing on stage and the person in the front row is drumming his attainment and you wonder if you are keeping up the beat? As you are looking around, do you see some folks murmuring and speaking away to each other? Do you get worried what they are discussing? Maybe your image isn't right - your hair has moved out of whack, or if you are singing, your voice is a little croaky.

As a musician, I used to experience lots of this at times when I found it tough to play at various places however I have come up with the top five ways for me to get over any stress I have and play with irresistible confidence. Here are my top five ways to demolishing performance stress : Number one : You have practiced to the best of your capability This is key.
If you see folks tapping their feet, chatting to one another, or anything more, don't 2nd guess. You will doubtless be inaccurate at any rate as it's your perception ( remember number 1 at this point ). Your guesstimates routinely turn out to be incorrect and if you let it be with you it'll remove you from continuing to portray your feelings. In your sales career you aren't asked to commit to fight, but make no mistake, commitment is necessary.
